The team will be moving from to V7 Building on 2 September. The South Sefton our of hours service will be joining the North Sefton (Southport and Formby) team to merge into a single Sefton Place team, based at Formby Health Centre. From 2 September, please direct all Sefton patient referrals requiring out of hours visits to the team via 01704 387 260 or email Sfoohdn@merseycare.nhs.uk

CYPMHS Response Team (CRT) are celebrating 12 months since they launched the 24/7 service with a well deserved away day to reflect and reset some priorities for the next 12 months.

The team hosted numerous SEN participation events at The Sensory Hive over summer to gain the voices of the children, young people, and their families.

There has recently been an updated Verification of Expected Death policy and template shared across Community Care division for all Mersey Care staff that should now be in use for patients who pass away whilst under the care of a Mersey Care team.
